کنترل کیفیت اقلام ورودی

کلیه اقلام ورودی بایستی قبل از ورود به شرکت چه از طریق ورود به انبارها و چه ارسال مستقیم به محل مشتری مورد کنترل واقع شوند. واحد کنترل کیفیت مطابق با دستورالعمل کنترل کیفیت اقلام ورودی را نسبت به کنترل کیفی محموله ها اقدام می نماید..

کنترل کیفیت محصول خروجی
هر گونه تحویل کالا یا محموله به مشتری میبایستی مورد کنترل کیفیت قرار بگیرد. منظور از تحویل کالا به مشتری هم از طریق انبارها و هم ارسال مستقیم ازخط تولید میباشد. بنابراین در زمان تحویل کالا ، واحد انبار موضوع را به واحد کنترل واحد کنترل کیفیت درمحل تحویل حاضر ومطابق با دستورالعمل کنترل کیفیت اقلام خروجی اقدام به کنترل کیفی اقلام می نماید.

نمونه گیری
در زمان کنترل کیفیت اقلام چنانچه محموله ایی دارای تعداد زیادی هست ، واحد کنترل کیفیت بایستی از محموله نمونه گیری نماید. نمونه گیری اصولی و فنی بایستی با توجه به حجم محموله باشد. در تعداد نمونه بایستی تعداد نمونه رد شده و تعداد نمونه قبول شده مشخص گردد.روش انجام نمونه گیری و این اعداد و ارقام شامل تعداد نمونه، عدد رد و عدد قبول محموله مطابق با دستورالعمل نمونه گیری به تشریح آمده است.

کالیبراسیون
یکی از وظایف واحد کنترل کیفیت، تحت کنترل گرفتن کلیه ابزارها و تجهیزات پایش و اندازه گیری هست. بطوریکه تمام ابزار ها و تجهیزاتی که در هر واحدی از جمله خود واحد کنترل کیفیت مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد بایستی حتما کالیبره باشند. موضوع کالیبراسیون و مدیریت آن مطابق با دستورالعمل پایش و اندازه گیری ابزار و تجهیزات پایش و اندازه گیری انجام می گردد.
