تاریخچه روتاری مولدینگ
روتاری مولدینگ دارای سابقه ای طولانی از پیشرفت هایی است که به مصریان منتهی شده که برای ایجاد سرامیک استفاده می کردند. فرآیندهای قالب سازی از صدها سال پیش توسط سوئیس برای ساخت شکلات های تخم مرغی استفاده میشد.
بین سال های ۱۹۴۰ و ۱۹۵۰ در ایالات متحده آمریکا، روند روتاری مولدینگ برای توسعه تعداد کمی از پلاستیک ها استفاده میشد، اما محبوبیت چندانی نگرفت، زیرا که یک روند آهسته برای تولید محسوب میشد. با این حال، در چند دهه گذشته، پیشرفت های فرآیند و تحولات مواد خام پلاستیک باعث افزایش بسیار زیادی در استفاده از این فرایند شده است.

انجمن روتاری مولدینگ
مجمع متشکل از روتاری مولدرها (ARM) ، یک انجمن تجاری جهانی است که در شیکاگو در سال ۱۹۷۶ تشکیل شده است و در حال حاضر نمایندگی از شرکت ها را در ۵۸ کشور دارد که با افتخار شرکت ایران پاش نیز به عنوان شاگرد نمونه این مجمع جهانی عضویت دارد. هدف از انجمن، مشارکت شرکت ها در تحقیق و توسعه، ترویج ک ترفیع فعالانه صنعت روتاری مولدینگ در جهان است و امروزه جنبه‌های اصلی پژوهش‌های فعلی شامل کاهش زمان چرخه و بهبود کیفیت قطعات می‌باشد.

History of Rotary Molding
Rotary molding has a long history of advancements dating back to the Egyptians who used it to create ceramics. Molding processes were used hundreds of years ago by Switzerland to make egg chocolates.
Between 1940 and 1950 in the United States, the rotary molding process was used to develop a small number of plastics, but it did not gain much popularity because it was considered a slow process for production. However, in the past few decades, process improvements and developments in plastic raw materials have greatly increased the use of this process.

Rotary Molding Association
The Association of Rotary Molders (ARM) is a global trade association that was established in Chicago in 1976 and currently represents companies in 58 countries, and Iran Pash is proud to be a member of this global association. The purpose of the association is the participation of companies in research and development, promoting the active promotion of the rotary molding industry in the world, and today the main aspects of current research include reducing the cycle time and improving the quality of parts.
