دادبانان: پیوند آموزش و اشتغال
مرکز آموزش‏‌های تخصصی حقوقی کاربردی و مهارت محور

گروه حقوقی دادبانان در سال ۱۳۸۸، با مدیریت عاملی دکتر فرهاد بیات مدرس دانشگاه تهران و وکیل پایه یک دادگستری، به عنوان یکی از مؤسسات پیشرو در جذب، به کارگیری و سازماندهی نخبگان رشته‌ی حقوق با هدف ارائه‌ی خدمات حقوقی، تشکیل و راه‌اندازی گردید. این مؤسسه در راستای ارائه‌ی خدمات حقوقی مبتنی بر تخصص‌گرایی و استفاده از نیروی انسانی متخصص در هر گرایش از دانش حقوقی، در تلاش است تا با همکاری فارغ التحصیلان دانشگاه‌های معتبر کشور، گامی مهم در جهت ایجاد یک مؤسسه‌ی حقوقی مبتنی بر دانش و تجربه برداشته باشد.

دپارتمان‌های مؤسسه:
مؤسسه دارای چهار دپارتمان اصلی به شرح زیر است:
دپارتمان آموزش:
یکی از مهمترین خلاءهای نظام آموزش کشور، آموزش کاربردی مسائل حقوقی پیرامون ***ب و کار است. مؤسسه‌ی حقوقی دادبانان در راستای حل این مشکل با همکاری دانشکده ی کارآفرینی و پارک علم و فناوری دانشگاه تهران، مبادرت به برگزاری دوره‌ی جامع حقوق ***ب و کار نموده است، دوره‌های کاملاً کاربردی و مبتنی بر تجربه‌های عملی که بر اساس سرفصل‌های کتاب «آنچه مشاور حقوقی باید بداند» تدریس می‌شود. همچنین در کنار کارگاه جامع، کارگاه‌های مهارت‌افزایی به صورت متغیر و با توجه به نیازهای روز تعریف و برگزار می‌گردد.

دپارتمان انتشارات و پژوهش‌های حقوقی:
دادبانان دانا واحد انتشاراتی مؤسسه‌ی حقوقی دادبانان می‌باشد که قصد دارد کتب ارزشمند کاربردی در حوزه‌ی حقوق ***ب و کار را معرفی و ارائه نماید. همچنین دانش‌پذیران می‌توانند با پیش مطالعه‌ی کتب مرتبط با کارگاه‌ها، با آمادگی بیشتر در کارگاه‌های مؤسسه شرکت کنند که فهم و درک عملی و دقیق‌تری از مطالب داشته باشند .

دپارتمان وکالت دعاوی و مشاوره حقوقی:
یکی از مهمترین خدمات حقوقی، ارائه‌ی مشاوره حقوقی با هدف پیشگیری از بروز اختلافات است. از آن جایی که طرح دعوی در دادگاه مستلزم صرف هزینه‌ی بالا و از دست دادن زمان است، دریافت مشاوره حقوقی میتواند نقش مؤثری در موفقیت یک بنگاه اقتصادی داشته باشد. حتی پس از بروز اختلاف نیز، مشاوره حقوقی میتواند به حل اختلاف و حفظ حقوق اشخاص کمک نماید. تنظیم قرارداد و صورت‌ جلسات استاندارد نیز میتواند در پیشگیری از دعوی یا حل آن نقش به سزایی داشته باشد .

دپارتمان داوری:
امروزه یکی از شیوه های مهم حل و فصل اختلاف، داوری است, همینطور به دلیل ساده تر بودن تشریفات رسیدگی داوری، آزادی طرفین اختلاف در انتخاب داور مورد اعتماد خود، کم هزینه تر بودن داوری، انتخاب داور دارای صلاحیت تخصصی در موضوع مورد اختلاف و سایر دلایل مشابه تمایل بیشتری به حل اختلافات از طریق داوری به وجود آمده است. به عبارت دیگر می توان گفت این روش حل اختلاف با طبع اختلافات و دعاوی حقوق ***ب و کار هماهنگی بیشتری دارد. مؤسسه حقوقی دادبانان نیز در همین راستا، یکی از بخشهای تخصصی اصلی خود را به داوری اختصاص داده است.

Dodbanan Legal Group was established in 2008, under the executive management of Dr. Farhad Bayat Modares of Tehran University and a basic lawyer of a judiciary, as one of the leading institutions in attracting, employing and organizing the elites of the field of law with the aim of providing legal services. In line with the provision of legal services based on specialization and the use of expert human resources in every direction of legal knowledge, this institution is trying to take an important step in the direction of creating a legal institution based on knowledge and experience with the cooperation of graduates from prestigious universities of the country.

Institute departments:
The institute has four main departments as follows:
Department of Education:
One of the most important gaps in the country's education system is the practical training of legal issues surrounding business and labor. In order to solve this problem, Dodbanan Law Institute, in cooperation with the Faculty of Entrepreneurship and the Science and Technology Park of Tehran University, has started holding a comprehensive law course, completely practical courses based on practical experiences, which are taught based on the chapters of the book "What a legal consultant should know". Besides the comprehensive workshop, skill-building workshops are defined and organized according to the needs of the day.

Publications and Legal Research Department:
Dadbanan Dana is the publishing unit of Dadbanan Law Institute, which aims to introduce and present valuable practical books in the field of labor law. Also, the students can participate in the institute's workshops with more preparation by pre-reading the books related to the workshops to have a more practical and accurate understanding of the contents.

Advocacy and legal advice department:
One of the most important legal services is providing legal advice with the aim of preventing disputes. Since filing a lawsuit in court requires spending a lot of money and losing time, getting legal advice can play an effective role in the success of an economic enterprise. Even after a dispute arises, legal advice can help to resolve the dispute and protect the rights of individuals. Drafting of contracts and minutes of standard meetings can also play a significant role in preventing lawsuits or solving them.

Arbitration Department:
Nowadays, one of the most important methods of dispute resolution is arbitration. Due to the simplicity of arbitration procedures, the freedom of the parties to the dispute to choose their trusted arbitrator, the lower cost of arbitration, the selection of an arbitrator with specialized competence in the disputed issue, and other similar reasons, there has been a greater desire to resolve disputes through arbitration. In other words, it can be said that this method of dispute resolution is more in harmony with the nature of disputes and lawsuits for labor rights. In this regard, Dodbanan Legal Institute has dedicated one of its main specialized departments to arbitration.
